Purchasing card holders and approvers must enroll in the PCard Training Journey prior to submitting an application for a purchasing card, and complete the live PCard Holder & Approver session. The PCard Renewal Training is required annually.

Vendor Hold Search for PCard Training
An email from expenseaudit@mail.untsystem.edu regarding a missing or invalid vendor hold search may require the completion of the Vendor Hold Search for PCard training. This training is a quick, self-paced training covering the basics of a vendor hold search. Upon completion, email your certificate to PCard@untsystem.edu.
