Through the University of Texas System Contract, discounted rates for transportation services are available for University of North Texas (UNT) for business use.
Enterprise Holdings and its affiliates offer extensive car, truck, and van rentals, as well as other transportation services.
Benefits of using Enterprise / National
- Business rentals only: For all products and discounts the renter is not responsible for loss and/or damage to the rental vehicle
- Liability - Business rentals only: For all products and discounts primary liability limits shall be 100/300/50
- Additional Eligible Renter: Business associates on company business are eligible to rent vehicles under the contractual program
- Roadside Assistance Protection (RAP): This product is included in contracted rates (savings of up to $4 a day)
- Direct billing: Available when booking transportation services through Concur
- Membership: Available through the Emerald Club (National Car Rental)
How to Book Transportation Services
- Book through Concur: Complete a Concur Request and Submit for approval. Once the Request is approved, book the rental from the approved Request. Rental will direct bill to the departmental account provided
- Book directly with a local branch using the Contract ID, personal payment will be expected at pickup
- Contact travel@untsystem.edu for contract codes if booking directly with the branch
