Values
Jamon Hill
Dr. Hill has a history of over 20 years of financial and administrative leadership positions in both public and private industries with a focus in higher education. He previously served as an Assistant Vice President in the Business and Finance unit at Arizona State University focusing on procurement, materials management, facilities, construction, and auxiliary services, overseeing approximately $1.5 billion in spend.
Dr. Hill previously served as the Associate Vice President of Procurement and Contract Administration at Liberty University where he had responsibility for all contracting, payables, and corporate engagement for the institution. Dr. Hill also served as a Squadron Commander in the US Air Force where he began his career as a maintenance and logistics officer.
In addition to Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in management and leadership, Dr. Hill completed both Education Specialist (Ed.S.) and Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degrees at Liberty University, with his doctoral work focused on budgeting practices in higher education. He is currently enrolled in advanced certification programs in Financial Accounting at Harvard University.
Beth Acevedo
Beth Acevedo has been with the UNT System for 16 years and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas.
Jill Roys
Jill Roys has been with the UNT System for 10 years and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas.
Patrice Victor
Patrice Victor leads the contracts team on behalf of UNT System Enterprise, including UNTS and the three campuses. She has been with HSC for over 16 years and brings an eclectic background that includes administrative roles, extensive higher education environment experience, investigations of suspected child abuse, and leading projects and people. Her many accomplishments at HSC include establishing the Office of Contract Administration at the HSC campus, participating in the implementation of automated contract management, creating a business contract training program and enhancing campus relationships with the Contract Liaisons and partners instrumental in contract administration and management. Patrice holds a bachelor’s in advertising and a Masters of Business Administration.
