Welcome to the UNT System Business Process Training Page! Here you will find information related to functional training managed by UNT System, namely:

  • Electronic Payroll Action Request (ePAR)
  • Creating and Managing Requisitions (ePRO)
  • Purchasing Card (PCard)
  • Time & Labor & Timekeeping
  • Electroinc Interdepartamental Transfer (IDT) (currently UNT Denton only)

Most trainings are offered on your campus monthly (see Training Calendars below). Some trainings are offered online and can be found here or in the Learning Portal.

Training Calendars

Fall training is scheduled from August to December, spring training from January to May, and summer from June to July. We aim to have each new calendar up by the end of the week on the last month of each training cycle.

You can enroll in live training, virtual training and/or online training classes using UNT Bridge (UNT, UNT Dallas, UNT System Administration employees) or LearnHSC (UNTHSC employees). These learning management systems will save your training record and provide the option for a certificate if needed.

Follow the directions below to enroll in a session or take an online course.

1. Login to UNT Bridge or LearnHSC.
2. Click on Training Calendar.
3. Browse to locate a live training session or an online course.
4. Click on Enroll or Register.
