We are excited to announce a new streamlined process for entering card applications and PCard exceptions in SAP Concur. Starting on Monday, May 13, you can now submit these requests directly through Concur, replacing the previous manual method of completing a PDF, and emailing.
By using the Request feature in SAP Concur, you can easily enter all necessary information for card applications and PCard exceptions in a structured format. This will help ensure that all required details are provided, reducing errors and processing time.
To submit a request, simply navigate to the Request section in SAP Concur, select ‘Create a New Request’, and choose the appropriate request type for Card Action Requests or Travel Requests. Fill out the form with the required information, attach any necessary documents, and then choose Submit. Your request will then be routed to the appropriate approvers for review and approval.
We believe that this new process will greatly streamline our workflow and improve the overall efficiency of our card application and PCard exception processes.
